Job summary

Job & Family Services, part of the State of Ohio, seeks a Salesforce Tester (Software Development Specialist 2) to ensure reliable, user-focused delivery of Salesforce platform solutions. You will validate new functionality, integrations, and components like flows, Apex, and Lightning features within an Agile framework.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to refine test scope, prepare test data, execute tests (manual and automated), and document

Qualifications

• 48 mos. combined work experience in systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications and testing/implementing.
• 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description.
• Equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment; see official position description.

Responsibilities

• Designing and performing system analysis.
• Recommending application solutions and testing/correcting programs.
• Producing, assisting, and editing documentation.
• Executing development tasks such as read, write, extract.
• Work with business personnel to document software requirements.
