Job summary

Capgemini in Los Angeles is seeking a Salesforce Test Analyst to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations. You will perform end-to-end testing, validate configurations, and ensure data integrity within Salesforce environments.

The role requires hands-on testing, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting. Familiarity with CI/CD and defect tracking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce testing.
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in Functional Regression, Integration and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets and Security Models.
• Experience validating Flows, Validation Rules, Approvals, Processes, Reports.
• Hands-on defect tracking with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• SOQL knowledge for data validation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom app functionalities.
• Test Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Approvals, Workflows and Reports.
• Execute end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Identify, log and retest defects using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Validate data integrity and data migration activities within Salesforce.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint testing activities.
• Prepare test summary reports and maintain test documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test strategies and test cases

• Experience in validating Salesforce Flows Validation Rules and Approval Processes
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools
• Strong SQLSOQL knowledge for data validation
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Salesforce Test Automation using Selenium Tosca or Provar
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with CICD processes and DevOps practices
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or related Salesforce Certifications

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.11/hour - $36.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
