Job summary

Mapjects is seeking a Salesforce-focused project lead to drive charters, coordinate internal and external developers, and oversee contract management and audits. You will generate scorecards and build dashboards in Salesforce, ensuring accurate reports and ongoing system improvements.

Strong experience with Salesforce workflows, UI design, reporting and data loaders is required; SQL skills and a Salesforce Admin certification are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce workflows, UI design, reporting and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.
• Experience with data loaders and SQL is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Write up project charters and lead projects with internal and external developers.
• Oversee contract management: document ownership, expense tracking, weekly audits.
• Audit for compliance and generate user scorecards for leadership.
• Build and manage dashboards and reports in Salesforce and related tools.
• Iterate on system improvements and link Salesforce updates to charter systems.
