Job summary

Cloudity, a Salesforce Summit Partner, seeks a Project Manager to lead medium and large Salesforce implementations for global clients. You will drive projects from scoping to delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.

Coordinate schedules, budgets, and teams, and communicate with C-level stakeholders with a data-driven approach. Fluent Polish and English are required; a proactive, collaborative mindset is essential for delivering value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation projects (Salesforce experience is essential).
• Experience leading 10+ projects (medium multi-month implementations or several large projects).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira.
• Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C-level.
• Fluent Polish and English (written & spoken).
• Results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Challenge both team and client assumptions to maximize business value.
• Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities.

• Process visualization skills (whiteboarding, BPMN tools)
