Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design or advanced consulting.
• Practical experience designing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, security model, automation tools and data architecture.
• Experience in designing and documenting system integrations (API, middleware, event-based integrations, batch processes).
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, conduct workshops and lead requirement refinement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure architectural consistency across the system landscape.
• Conduct requirements clarification, business discovery and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business needs into system functionalities and explain constraints clearly.

• Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide ongoing support to the project team on solution design and configuration.

Salesforce Core Cloud Solution Architect

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and take a key role in designing comprehensive, scalable and business-aligned Salesforce solutions.

Duties

• Designing end-to-end architecture of solutions within the Salesforce platform aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.

• Ensuring architectural consistency across the entire system landscape.

• Conducting analysis activities, including requirements clarification, business discovery and workshops with stakeholders.

• Translating business needs into system functionalities and explaining system constraints in a business-friendly way.

• Preparing architectural documentation, implementation guidelines and functional specifications for the delivery team.

• Supporting estimation processes, planning development roadmaps and defining project scope.

• Identifying architectural and process-related risks at an early stage and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Providing ongoing support to the project team in matters related to solution design and configuration.

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to Salesforce architecture, solution design or advanced consulting.

• Practical experience in designing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, limitations, security model, automation tools and data architecture.

• Experience in designing and documenting system integrations (API, middleware, event-based integrations, batch processes).

• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, conduct workshops and lead requirement refinement sessions.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Ability to prepare clear, structured technical and functional documentation.

• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
