Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flow Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, and permission sets.
• Production experience with Copado or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tooling.
• Experience writing Apex unit tests and supporting DevOps-driven defect remediation.
• Jira experience with Agile stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Use a configuration-first approach, favoring declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, and permission sets before custom code.
• Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines across Salesforce environments using Copado.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests that meet org code-coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to debug, triage, and remediate defects.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment notes, and release documentation.
• Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, design changes, and defects for enhancements and remediation.
