Accylerate, LLC. is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst in the Glen Allen, VA area. The role focuses on Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configurations to extend Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities include implementing flows, managing Copado deployments, and maintaining unit tests and technical docs. Prior government/public-sector experience is a plus and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification is preferred.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets).
• Production experience with Copado for release management.
• Experience writing Apex unit tests and working within a DevOps-driven defect remediation process.
• Proficiency using Jira for agile story writing, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
• Strong written communication for technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality in support of business requirements.
• Apply a configuration-first approach favoring declarative solutions (Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets) before custom code, reserving Apex/LWC development for requirements that exceed configuration capabilities.
• Use Copado CI/CD to manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines across Salesforce environments.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests and collaborate with the DevOps team to debug, triage, and remediate defects.
• Contribute to and maintain technical documentation (design specs, deployment notes, release documentation).
• Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for both defect remediation and new feature development.
