Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets).
• Production experience with Copado for release management.
• Experience writing Apex unit tests and working in a DevOps-driven defect remediation process.
• Experience using Jira for agile storytelling, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
• Strong written communication for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Apply a configuration-first approach — favor declarative solutions before custom code, reserving Apex/LWC development for requirements that exceed configuration capabilities.
• Use Copado CI/CD to manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines across Salesforce environments.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests and collaborate with the DevOps team to debug, triage, and remediate defects.
• Contribute to and maintain technical documentation (design specs, deployment notes, release documentation).
• Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for both defect remediation and new feature development.
