Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to join a Fortune 500 financial services client’s Level 3 production support team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of critical Salesforce applications.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational Salesforce knowledge who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, investigating production incidents, and partnering with development teams to maintain a stable Salesforce environment.

Qualifications

1-4 years of Salesforce administration, production support, or related experience.
Foundational Salesforce platform knowledge.
Experience using Salesforce Workbench for troubleshooting and data analysis.
Strong understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data models.

Responsibilities

Monitor health, performance, and availability of Salesforce production environments.
Respond to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions with urgency and ownership.
Troubleshoot and replicate production issues to identify root cause and resolution.
Support Salesforce batch jobs and data-related processes.
Partner with developers, production ops, and business stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
