Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Salesforce experience, including Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Solution Delivery roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, Omni studio, APIs, data migration, security model, Flows, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Proven ability to independently decompose features into end-to-end development stories.

Responsibilities

• Translate business features and requirements into detailed Salesforce user stories, technical tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story grooming sessions with development teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Business, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end story development, ensuring requirements are complete, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
• Proactively identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to Salesforce development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions support healthcare workflows, provider engagement, member experience, care management, and regulatory requirements.
• Support UAT, release planning, and production deployments.

• ExperiencewithSalesforceintegrations, Omni studio, APIs,datamigration,securitymodel,Flows,andLightningcomponents.
• StrongunderstandingofAgile/Scrummethodologiesandbacklogmanagement.

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Billing.Experience: 8-10 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
