Security Analyst / Program Lead (Salesforce Platform) – US

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Salesforce security program across all pillars: threat intelligence, vulnerability management, security awareness, and governance.
• Maintain and prioritize a security backlog, aligning risks with platform and business impact.
• Drive vulnerability management (detection, triage, remediation) and enforce secure coding practices.
• Lead security campaigns (training, communications, awareness) to improve org-wide security posture.
• Collaborate with enterprise security and compliance teams to align with frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Strong communicator and program driver, able to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
