Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an expert Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead the platform supporting sales, retail execution, and trade promotions. You will shape the engineering organization, set strategic direction, and ensure reliable, scalable delivery aligned with revenue goals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT leadership to prioritize work, manage risk, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid Corona, CA environment.

Qualifications

• Lead the Salesforce Engineering Team and platform initiatives.
• Own and evolve Salesforce across Sales, Retail Execution, and Trade Promotion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to align priorities and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Salesforce platform that supports core sales and trade processes.
• Build and manage the Salesforce engineering organization for large-scale operations.
• Define long‑term strategy and governance to minimize risk and maximize value.
• Lead prioritization, delivery planning, and standards for Salesforce work.
• Partner with executives to balance speed, value, and risk in initiatives.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and integration with data systems.
