Salesforce Platform Engineer, Mid

At the intersection of technical expertise and platform engineering lies the role of a Salesforce Platform Engineer. When you've built and supported Salesforce solutions and can contribute to development, integrations, automation, and platform improvements while ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability, you are ready to grow with our team.

As a Salesforce Platform Engineer on our team, you'll spend most of your time designing, building, and deploying Salesforce solutions, while also owning meaningful quality responsibility for your teammates' work. This is a hybrid role for engineers who want to own both sides of build and validation rather than handing all work off to QA engineers. You'll work closely with a Quality-focused counterpart on the team, and over time you'll build the range to step into either seat as the team needs. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform delivery, including Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience developing, testing, debugging, and deploying Salesforce solutions
• Experience committing code and metadata to Git repositories
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, or Salesforce DX

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
