Job Number: R0250616Salesforce Platform Engineer, MidThe Opportunity:At the intersection of technical expertise and platform engineering lies the role of a Salesforce Platform Engineer. When you've built and supported Salesforce solutions and can contribute to development, integration, automation, and platform improvements while ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability, you are ready to grow with our team. As a Salesforce Platform Engineer on our team, you'll spend most of your time protecting release quality, including designing test strategy, validating platform changes, and catching issues before they reach production, while also contributing hands‑on to configuration and development work. This is a role for QA‑minded engineers who want a real seat at the build table, not just a downstream gate. You'll work closely with a build‑focused counterpart on the team, and over time you'll build the range to step into either seat as the team needs. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience testing and validating Salesforce solutions, including test planning, test case design, and defect management
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative development using Salesforce Flow
  • Experience building or maintaining automated test scripts or frameworks for Salesforce such as Apex test classes, Playwright, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing
  • Experience validating integrations, asynchronous processing, data migrations, and complex business processes
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub or Salesforce DX
  • Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components to read, debug, and validate code changes
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in software engineering or QA in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Agentforce implementations
  • Experience building automated testing frameworks or reusable test utilities for Salesforce
  • Experience validating integrations, asynchronous processing, data migrations, and complex business processes
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment validation, and release-readiness assessments
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
