Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Salesforce Platform Engineering team. You will design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions driving critical business capabilities across Inspira Financial.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development, strong integration experience, and a focus on scalable, secure solutions. You will partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to deliver quality, modern Salesforce applications.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience developing custom solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Validation Rules, and security models.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Git-based source control and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of governor limits, performance considerations, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and independence in delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative features.
• Build secure integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture design focused on scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Support platform modernization initiatives including Lightning Experience enhancements and OmniStudio.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews to promote engineering excellence.
• Use Copado, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tools to automate deployments and releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analyses, and implement durable fixes.
• Create technical documentation and design specifications for operational procedures.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices for continuous improvement.
