Inspira Financial is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Salesforce Platform Engineering team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with product managers and architects to translate requirements into robust technical outcomes.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development, integration experience, and a strong focus on architecture, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, validations, and security/sharing models.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience with Git-based source control and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of governor limits and performance considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects to translate requirements.
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture focusing on scalability, performance, security.
• Support Salesforce modernization initiatives including Lightning Experience and OmniStudio.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to promote engineering excellence.
• Utilize Copado, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tooling to support deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Create technical documentation and design specifications.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements.
