Job summary
Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform powering our Partnerships business. You will translate partner-channel requirements into Apex, Flow, and integrations, while using Claude and internal AI tooling to drive code quality.
Work across Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure scalable, secure, and well-documented solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org.
- Experience building or maintaining partner/channel functionality in Salesforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms via REST/Bulk APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Partnerships infrastructure in Salesforce, including deal registration workflows and partner attribution.
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and cloud marketplaces and PRM tools.
- Configure partner-facing portals with sharing and license-model design.
- Use Claude and internal AI tooling as part of code-review workflows.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to support partner performance reporting.
- Coordinate release management with DevOps and ensure proper testing and documentation.
- Operate with ambiguity and propose scalable solutions.
