Qualifications

• 3+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
• Experience in Salesforce.com projects.
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on projects and support the PM/DM.
• Design solutions, estimate effort, and define assumptions.
• Identify risks and ensure project scope, schedule and costs are met.
• Deliver technical documentation and participate in client demos.
• Mentor the technical team and drive skill development.
• Identify Up & Cross Selling opportunities and process improvements.
