Job summary
Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist with certification to design and implement campaigns on the Marketing Cloud platform in Charlotte, NC. The role involves building journeys, automations, and data queries to support multiple business lines.
You will also administer Marketing Cloud applications and handle day-to-day email operations, environment support, integrations, alert monitoring, and reporting of email stats.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate activities of multiple teams.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and related automations.
- Knowledge of SOAPUI and Postman for API testing.
- Understanding of SOA design principles and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Journeys, automations, and queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support lines of business.
- Administer and support applications built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Operate day-to-day email functionality, including environment support, integration management/alerts monitoring, and email stats reporting.
