About the Job:

Work at the direction of the SFMC Sr Marketing Consultant to assist with development, deployment, governance and tracking/reporting of Salesforce journey building and email marketing deliverables.

Essential Job Functions:

Builds and sustains excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and business partners that will enable the timely, accurate and efficient execution of assigned SFMC marketing projects. Collaborates with internal and agency partners to help define end-to-end campaigns that produce measurable outcomes.

• Works directly with the Sr Marketing Consultant to develop, build and deploy journeys and email campaigns primarily in Salesforce Marketing Cloud requiring: HTML development, campaign setup, data management, testing, and deployment.
• Consult with Marketing partners and Lines of Business on email best practices, program ideation and optimizations that drive engagement and meet business goals.
• Delivers assigned projects within scope and timeline.
• Recommend best practices to leverage and ensure full use of SFMC tools (journeys, automations).
• Develops a governance model for housing all journeys and campaigns.
• Manages reporting and tracking functions for assigned campaigns.
• Effectively communicates timely recommendations and implications to internal clients and partners based on business objectives and email best practices.
• Ensure emails follow industry best practices and KeyBank Compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; 2 years minimum Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (or comparable digital marketing platform).
• Extensive experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or comparable digital marketing platform) to build and deploy emails.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, high level of organization and excel at multi-tasking.
• Ability to analyze, summarize and interpret email metrics to understand success and optimize programs; can move logically from findings to conclusions.
• Knowledge of journey and email concepts, design and best practices.
• Ability to work independently on relatively complex matters with minimal supervision, while proactively sharing timely status updates and information.
• Knowledge of email concepts, design and best practices.
• Experience developing HTML, preferably for emails is a plus.
• Experience with basic SQL as it relates to SFMC automations a plus.
• Experience using Oracle/Responsys a plus.
• Exposure to Photoshop and Dreamweaver preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in a dynamic environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
