Qualifications

5+ years of experience with enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience in dynamic content rendering using AMPscript and SSJS.
Strong working knowledge of data extension schemas and SQL-based audience filters.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain email and SMS marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop REST and SOAP API integrations for subscriber data synchronization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize programs.
