Job summary

Ethereum Technologies seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive all application development activities and guide the team of developers in designing and delivering software that meets business requirements. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a lead technical role using Salesforce.
Minimum 7 years overall experience in release management, project management, SDLC, and related areas.
3+ years on modernization projects involving business process automation, applications development, system integration, or legacy replacements.
Full-time commitment for the contract duration.
Approximately 20% onsite during development, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead all application development activities.
Lead developers designing and developing software to meet business requirements.
Plan and manage releases and release documentation in consultation with the State.
Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
Lead go-live activities, including deployment plans.
