Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of leading Salesforce development teams.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities, technical design, and implementation.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Implement integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design data models, objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules.
• Develop complex logic with Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
• Apply security models with Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.
• Lead deployments using Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset, and change sets.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
