Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a lead technical role using Salesforce.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including a combination of release management, project management, application programming, SDLC, and similar scope.
• Minimum 3 years on modernization projects involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all application development activities.
• Lead developers designing and developing software to meet business requirements.
• Plan and manage releases and release documentation in consultation with the State.
• Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Lead go-live activities, including execution of deployment plans.
