Proven ability to lead client-facing technical discussions and work effectively in global delivery models. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and delivery coordination skills. Success Criteria: Successful delivery of Salesforce integration and data migration initiatives. Effective risk and issue management. Strong stakeholder satisfaction and communication. High-quality requirements translation between business and technical teams. Timely completion of testing, migration rehearsals, deployments, and overall project milestones with minimal risk.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150-$174,000.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
