Salesforce Implementation & Client Success Manager
Salesforce Implementation & Client Success Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Solutions Managerto lead client onboarding, system configuration, and ongoing relationship management. This hybrid role combines technical Salesforce administration with client-facing responsibilities, including product demos, requirement gathering, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tailored product demos for prospective clients
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, including gathering individual client requirements and conducting initial and ongoing client training
  • Configure client orgs based on requirements: custom fields, page layouts, flows, email templates, alerts, etc.
  • Scrub and upload client data into the Salesforce org
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-implementation, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction, drive adoption, gather feedback, and relay enhancement requests to the development team.
  • Lead monthly client group sessions for product feedback and collaboration
  • Attend weekly meetings with the dev team to share client insights and align on the roadmap

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience (certified preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce managed packages (especially OEM deployments) highly desirable
  • Previous exposure to healthcare technology or healthcare client workflows is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present and demo software effectively
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple client implementations
  • Enjoys problem-solving and proactively finding ways to improve the client experience
