Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud expertise to lead strategic oversight across a CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced transformation and ensure alignment with ARM.

This remote/hybrid contract role requires senior stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, including pricing, contracting, and ordering capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud experience.
• Deep knowledge of Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on enterprise Salesforce programmes.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce certifications relating to CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional leadership across the Salesforce CPQ, RCA and ARM roadmap.
• Review requirements and challenge solution decisions to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure Revenue Cloud Advanced designs support future ARM adoption and scalability.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams.
• Lead workshops and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Identify functional gaps, dependencies and potential roadmap risks.
• Advise on Quote-to-Cash processes, pricing, product configuration, contracting and ordering capabilities.
