Job Summary:

The Salesforce Functional Business Analyst will elicit and document business requirements, analyze processes for improvement, and assist with the design and solution of new Salesforce instances. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, consultants, and developers to implement effective solutions.
