Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Business Systems Analyst with strong banking and financial services expertise. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in a Cognizant office in Johnston, RI, to meet business needs and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as Salesforce FSC BSA or Business Analyst.
- Strong banking and financial services domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC and data model.
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Lead requirements sessions with business and tech teams.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Translate banking requirements into Salesforce FSC solutions.
- Support solution design using FSC data model.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, product owners.
- Support banking processes like onboarding and account servicing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Support functional testing and UAT.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs and end-user experience.
