Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with extensive FSC and Salesforce Agentforce experience for a hybrid onsite role in Washington, DC.

You will design enterprise Salesforce architectures, integrate with external banking systems, and drive CI/CD, DevOps, and governance while leveraging Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and advanced security models.

Role: Salesforce (FSC & Agentforce) Technical Architect

Duration: Long Term

Location: Washington, DC

Work Model: Hybrid Onsite – 4 days/week from Day 1

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with strong experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Salesforce Agentforce, preferably within banking/financial services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise Salesforce architecture, AI/Agentforce solutions, complex integrations, and Sales/Service Cloud.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Salesforce architecture.
• Strong hands‑on architecture experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Agentforce / AI-powered agents and use cases.
• Strong understanding of Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and Agentforce architecture/integrations.
• Architect enterprise solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative tools.
• Complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external banking systems.
• Define scalable data models, security architecture, governance, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DevOps, release management, performance, and scalability.

Certifications (Preferred / Required)

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer
