Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to define and govern architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds in a large enterprise environment. You will drive integrations, security, and DevOps practices while mentoring teams and aligning data architecture with business goals.

Required 8+ years in Salesforce with 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect; certifications such as Application/System Architect (CTA preferred) are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce architecture.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Enterprise integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, Data Migration, and Data Governance.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and multi-org DevOps.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Generative AI/Agentic AI tools.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (mandatory); CTA preferred.

Responsibilities
