The FDSE partners with enterprise clients to design, architect, and deliver native Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll work directly with C‑suite and technical stakeholders, make high‑stakes decisions under uncertainty, and own client success across discovery, design, delivery, and adoption phases. This role balances technical depth with business acumen and stakeholder leadership. You’ll spend approximately: 50% designing solutions and solving technical problems, 30% communicating strategy and managing stakeholders, and 20% ensuring adoption and measuring outcomes.
