Job summary
ADT LLC in Irving, TX is seeking an Engineer IT – I (Salesforce) to join a hybrid team. You will develop for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales, translate business requirements into design artifacts, and follow the full SDLC with a focus on quality and maintainability.
You will collaborate with DevOps and QA, build integrations, optimize queries, and participate in agile development. Quarterly travel to headquarters is required and up to one day remote work per week is permitted.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field with 5+ years in Salesforce development.
- 5+ years building Lightning flows, LWC, Visualforce and Aura Components.
- 3+ years building integrations with middleware and web services in Salesforce.
- 4+ years optimizing Salesforce queries with proper indexes and skinny tables.
Responsibilities
- Develop for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales in a large organization.
- Translate business requirements into design specifications and artifacts.
- Follow standard SDLC and coding standards to ensure maintainable designs.
- Provide technical support across configuration, coding, and documentation.
- Participate in Agile team activities with the DevOps and QE teams for deployments.
- Support production validations and rectify defects with the support team.
- Travel to headquarters quarterly for 3–4 days.
