Job description

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development, integrations, data, security, and platform architecture.
• Lead architecture/design discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, admins, and integration teams.
• Review existing Salesforce solutions and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Ensure best practices around Salesforce security, data model, sharing, deployment, and governance.
• Participate in technical reviews, solution design, and troubleshooting of complex Salesforce issues.

Must-Have Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience
