Job summary

Sentinel Group is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to support, extend, and integrate our Salesforce platform and related systems. You will join a development team focused on scalable, secure solutions and will work hybrid in Wakefield, MA with one in-office day every other week and occasional in-person trainings.

You will design, develop, and deliver cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders and engineers to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with Salesforce technologies.
• Experience designing and building solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWCs, Flow, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, platform configuration, and API-based integrations.
• Proven success delivering high-quality software projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Ability to develop cloud-ready and containerized applications for internal and external platforms.
• Experience working across CRM, custom applications, databases, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, source control, testing, CI/CD, and application support.
