Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in recently developed production environments. The role focuses on Apex and Lightning Web Components, with a strong emphasis on declarative configuration and DevOps practices.

Location: Glen Allen, VA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite). Salary range: $125,000–$130,000 annually with benefits. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apex and LWC.
• Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow, validation rules).
• Production experience with Copado CI/CD for release management.
• Experience writing Apex unit tests in a DevOps-driven process.
• Proven ability to document technical specs and deployment notes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes and triggers and LWC to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Apply a configuration-first approach, using declarative solutions before custom code.
• Use Copado CI/CD to manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests to meet code-coverage requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain design specs, deployment notes, and release documentation.
• Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes.
