Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate Salesforce applications. You will develop Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components, while emphasizing declarative configuration and CI/CD practices. Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of declarative Salesforce configuration and processes.
• Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce CI/CD tooling.

YSI is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in application that are recently developed and released to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality in support of business requirements.
• Apply a configuration-first approach — favor declarative solutions (Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets) before custom code, reserving Apex/LWC development for requirements that exceed configuration capabilities.
• Use Copado CI/CD to manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines across Salesforce environments.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests (meeting org code-coverage requirements) and collaborate with the DevOps team to debug, triage, and remediate defects.
• Contribute to and maintain technical documentation (design specs, deployment notes, release documentation).
• Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for both defect remediation and new feature development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets).
• Production experience with Copado (or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tooling) for release management.
• Experience writing Apex unit tests and working within a DevOps-driven defect remediation process.
• Practical experience with Jira for agile story writing, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
• Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
• Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder) or familiarity with recent Dreamforce product announcements.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience supporting government/public-sector Salesforce implementations.

Salary $125,000-130,000 annually with benefits
