The ideal candidate is hands-on with Apex and Lightning Web Components, has practical knowledge of administration, security, data modeling, and integrations, and can work remotely.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
• Proficient with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Flow, SOQL, data modeling, and platform security.
• Experience building REST API integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain solutions across our mature Salesforce platform. This role will work with stakeholders to understand business goals, define requirements, and deliver reliable technical solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer who combines strong Apex and Lightning Web Component experience with practical knowledge of Salesforce administration and architecture.

• Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, and other platform capabilities.
• Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.
• Design scalable data models, automations, integrations, and security controls.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions; 5 or more years is preferred.
• Production experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Flow, SOQL, data modeling, permissions, sharing, and platform security.
• Experience building REST API or other system integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Ability to turn incomplete business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
