The Senior Salesforce Engineer is a hands-on individual contributor who designs, builds, and supports solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role turns business requirements into well-engineered Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the core platform, supporting lead-to-cash, customer service, and franchise operations across multiple brands. The successful candidate owns the technical delivery of the features they build, working within the platform architecture and engineering standards. Hands-on experience with Field Service, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud is a strong plus.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Named Credentials with AWS, ERP, accounting, and other enterprise systems.
- Write meaningful unit tests, maintain code coverage, and take part in peer code and design reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance problems, and data defects for the capabilities they own.

- Configure and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes, including lead, account, opportunity, and case management and sales and service automation across multiple brands.
- Design data models, security, and sharing configurations that scale across brands, business units, and user types.
- Build and maintain automation with Flow and Apex, choosing between declarative and programmatic solutions appropriately and retiring legacy automation where needed.
- Support and extend Field Service, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud capabilities as business needs require.
- Connect processes end to end across Salesforce and integrated systems so data and automation flow cleanly.
Delivery and Collaboration (15%)

- Contribute to solution designs and technical documentation, and raise risks, technical debt, and platform constraints early.
- Follow and help improve source control, CI/CD, testing, and release practices; take part in sprint ceremonies and release validation.
- Share knowledge with administrators and other engineers through pairing, documentation, and demos.
