Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to lead our CRM strategy across Sales, Marketing and IT. You will optimize processes, governance, and analytics to enable smarter business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

In this role, you will design dashboards, KPIs, and reports, partner with commercial leadership, and drive system enhancements. A strong enterprise CRM background and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration, Sales Operations, Commercial Effectiveness, or CRM management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business insights using Salesforce and BI tools.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce CRM administrator: users, security, workflows, reports, dashboards, system performance.
• Lead CRM governance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and best practices.
• Partner with commercial leadership to improve sales processes, territory management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and opportunity management.
• Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity through automation and tech enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners on CRM enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Support commercial initiatives including lead management, account planning, and sales enablement.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing CRM adoption support.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to align CRM with business goals.
