Steel Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator and Business Systems professional to drive operational efficiency through technology and process improvement.

You will serve as the internal Salesforce expert, manage security and data governance, and collaborate on integrations. The role partners with IT and business leaders to implement solutions, develop dashboards and analytics, and deliver training and documentation to users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Salesforce admin certification preferred.
• Experience with business systems, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce.
• Manage platform administration, security, configuration, and data governance.
• Support declarative development and collaborate on custom development and integrations.
• Gather business requirements and lead business systems enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders, IT, and external vendors to implement tech solutions.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
• Manage the organization’s website, social media platforms, and digital content.
• Plan, publish, and evaluate digital communications and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across communications and marketing materials.
• Support recruitment marketing, community engagement, sponsorships, and events.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on digital and marketing initiatives.
