Job summary

Synopsys Inc. is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to automate deployment pipelines using Copado, manage Salesforce metadata, and coordinate releases with developers and admins.

You will ensure smooth, repeatable promotions from sandbox to production while maintaining sandbox environments and documenting standards. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Salesforce dev or admin, hands-on Copado experience, and strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and flows.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of Salesforce development or Salesforce platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for deployment and release management.
• Comfort with Git-based workflows including branching, merging, resolving conflicts, and managing metadata in version control.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, flows, and standard and custom object configuration.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Copado deployment pipelines for Salesforce.
• Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning components, flows, and configuration.
• Manage Git-based version control workflows for metadata across environments.
• Coordinate and execute Salesforce deployments with developers and admins to plan releases and minimize downtime.
• Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot Copado errors to keep releases on track.
• Maintain sandbox environments with refresh scheduling, seeding, and alignment across orgs.
• Document release processes and Copado configuration standards for consistency.
