Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the internal CRM team and improve the CRM ecosystem. You will design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWCs, Flows, and configurations, working with analysts, architects, and cross‑functional teams.

The role focuses on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications with integrations to REST/SOAP APIs. Qualified candidates have 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development, enterprise experience, and a strong security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
5-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
Apex Development (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable) and customization experience (LWC & Flows)
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Experience
Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience
Salesforce security model (OAuth, SAML, SSO)
Debugging & Performance Optimization
Experience Cloud
SAP/Middleware integration experience

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex LWCs, Flows, and platform configurations.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
Build and enhance Salesforce applications within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ensure security, performance, and integration requirements are met across the CRM ecosystem
