Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the internal CRM team and improve the CRM ecosystem. You will design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWCs, Flows, and configurations, working with analysts, architects, and cross‑functional teams.

The role focuses on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications with integrations to REST/SOAP APIs. Qualified candidates have 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development, enterprise experience, and a strong security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
• Apex Development (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable) and customization experience (LWC & Flows)
• Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Experience
• Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience
• Salesforce security model (OAuth, SAML, SSO)
• Debugging & Performance Optimization
• Experience Cloud
• SAP/Middleware integration experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex LWCs, Flows, and platform configurations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
