Responsibilities

• Review and assess the existing Salesforce Field Service mobile and desktop flows.
• Redesign and consolidate the separate mobile and desktop workflows into a single, unified data capture flow.
• Update and optimize existing flow logic to support the new data capture process.
• Perform testing and validation of all flow changes to ensure proper functionality and user experience.
• Partner with the Salesforce development team to support implementation and deployment efforts.
