BMO Harris Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the software lifecycle across teams, translating requirements into robust features and design specs. You will work on security considerations, APIs, and data integration while advancing Salesforce knowledge within a hybrid work setup requiring 2 days in the Chicago office.

Formación

• 7+ years development experience in Salesforce Lightning platform (PaaS).
• 2-3 years Experience in Salesforce Administration working on Security.
• 2-3 years of experience with Relational Databases with SQL, SOQL and SOSL.
• Ideally nice to have scripting experience on SQL databases.
• Salesforce or Fusion Certification is a PLUS.

Responsabilidades

• Drives the overall software development lifecycle across teams to transform requirements into features and manage development processes.
• Translates user requirements into technical specifications and prepares design specifications.
• Supports system design and advises on security requirements for business systems and applications.
• Applies knowledge of algorithms, data structures and programming languages to develop high quality tech applications.
• Translates user needs into technical specifications and facilitates requirements from users.
• Analyzes, tests, and implements new software programs and documents the software development lifecycle.
