Job summary

Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations team seeks a Salesforce Developer to build a scalable Salesforce environment across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio. You will work with product, architecture, and engineering to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration in Agile environments, code reviews, test automation, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Copado/Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, SOQL/SOSL.
CI/CD and DevOps practices (Copado preferred).
Agile/Scrum collaboration.
OmniStudio tools and Experience Cloud exposure are a plus.
JavaScript ES6+ and Jest testing familiarity.
Secure development practices and Salesforce platform limits knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
Support Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Collaborate with product managers and architects to refine requirements.
Participate in peer code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release validation with Copado and Azure DevOps.
Write and maintain automated tests for reliable delivery.
Troubleshoot defects and contribute to platform stability.
