Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused developer for a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office.

You will drive the SDLC across functional teams, translate user needs into technical specifications, and support system design with strong security considerations. Ideal candidates have extensive Salesforce Lightning experience, SQL/SOQL/SOSL, and API knowledge, plus familiarity with data integration and tools like Python, HTML, Java, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years development experience in Salesforce Lightning platform (PaaS).
• 2-3 years Experience in Salesforce Administration focusing on Security.
• 2-3 years of experience with Relational Databases with SQL, SOQL and SOSL.
• Nice-to-have: Data Integration with Salesforce objects (IDP).
• Nice-to-have: Excel and Power Query (Macros, VBA & Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Leads the software development lifecycle across teams to transform requirements into features.
• Translates user requirements into technical specs and design documentation.
• Supports system design and advises on security requirements.
• Applies knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and programming languages to build quality tech applications.
• Implements new software programs and documents the full SDLC.
