Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a 24-month W2 contract in a hybrid role (on-site 2x per week in Audubon, PA). You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, integrate services, and improve platform performance across departments.

Strong Salesforce security knowledge and excellent communication are essential for success. The role requires 5+ years of experience, Service Cloud expertise, and proficiency in Aura, LWC, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SOQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years Salesforce development including visualizations, integrations, and complex requirements.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Sites.
• Proficient in Aura, LWC, flows, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SOQL.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security standards and data compliance.
• Proactive problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Details

Duration: 24 months contract W2

Pay Rate: $67.91-$82.45 hourly

Hybrid - 2x a week onsite at Audubon PA

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years of proven Salesforce development experience, including data visualizations, integrations, and handling complex technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Sites
• Proficiency in Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SOQL
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security standards and data compliance
• Proactive problem solver with excellent analytical skills
• Clear and concise communicator capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Account Engagement/Pardot functionalities
• Additional knowledge of platform optimization and advanced integration techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered
• At least 5 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience within a professional environment

Estimated Min Rate: $57.72

Estimated Max Rate: $82.45
