Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize solutions that align with business requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create scalable solutions that enhance the user experience and support business growth.

Position Reports to Director, Application Development

Location: Philadelphia, PA or Rockville, MD preferred. Hybrid role with flexibility for remote work based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet business requirements.
• Customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, reports, dashboards, process automation, and data models to align with business needs.
• Deliver high quality solutions based on cross‑cutting functional requirements including business, performance, scalability, compatibility, internationalization, security, auditing, diagnostics & logging, and failover and disaster recovery.
• Provide support during work and off hours (emergencies). This will be in the form of defect fixes, data modifications and emergency support.
• Establish and implement standards and practices to ensure the highest degree of software quality.
• Deliver results and value to the business and its clients.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Interface with client teams to resolve development issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysis team to help elicit or review business requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to determine how to best use technology to enable their growth and success.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
